Philosophy
As
far back as recorded history, the ancient healers have all talked about
something they call “balance” as being the key to health and vitality.
Balance can be seen as one of the initial steps used in the great healing
disciplines by the Hierophants Priests in ancient Egypt, Ayurvedic Doctors
of India, Inca Shamans of Peru, Taoist and Buddhist Monks of Asia, Greek
Physicians like Asclepius and Hippocrates, American Indians, and the various
modern day healers. Balance is one of the common threads that is central to
each of the philosophies.
-
The Ancient Egyptians
have taught us that the key to health is prevention through the
balancing of 7 key principals that operate our well being. These
principals range from the bodies physical structure, nutrition and diet,
evoked emotions and energy fields, to our divine spirit.
-
The Ayurvedic Healers
have taught us the philosophy of tridosha, yoga, and the science of life
and longevity through a system of physical balance, emotional release,
mental health, environmental mindfulness and spiritual progression.
-
The Shamans have
taught us that we must align and attune our energies of mind, body and
spirit to activate our natural healing abilities. That it is our
harmonious quest to attain balance with self, nature, and the universal
spirit. We learn that a person’s innate or natural ability to heal
begins with the acceptance of responsibility for their dis-ease/dysfunction
and their choice to become whole again.
-
The Taoist
Monks/Priests have taught us that it is the balance of opposites (yin
and yang) that sustains all life. That our internal environment is a
reflection of our external environment. Through the awareness of life’s
essential unities we can then perceive the body’s imbalances in its
earliest stages and take appropriate action.
-
The American Indian
Healers represent ones health and balance through the symbol of the
circle; reminding us that we are to live as a whole person, united with
nature. Any illness or disease is a lack of harmony with an aspect
(body, mind, or spirit) of the self.
- Greek Physicians
like Hippocrates “The father of western medicine” has taught us to use
balance to protect our bodies’ internal healing energy with pearls like:
"We must treat the body as a whole not just the disease”
“Health is the expression of a harmonious balance
between
various components of man’s nature, the
environment and
ways of life……nature is the physician of disease.”
"Let medicine be thy food and food be thy medicine."
These teachings of the ancient healers still resonate even today with our
modern day holistic principals, ideas and philosophies. We continue to
strive to balance the body, energy, and spirit.
Let us take the teachings
of the great masters and base them in today’s science of the body. Combine
the ancient healings philosophies with modern day testing and analysis to
create a systematic, scientific approach to healthcare; a system that will
stimulate our body’s natural abilities to Balance, Detox and Restore.
We refer
to these natural abilities as "3d Healing".
